Summary: Rolf Harris, a 83 year old famous British entertainer was found guilty on merciless crime. Prosectuor claimed that he molested his daughter's friend when she was 13 to 19. Other victims were touched or groped even at his public appearance. One of the victims said the abuse had led her to contemplate suicide. However, Harris has not made any comment after the trial.
Persuasive: It was a very shocking new for me, because a very famous entertainer was actually Jekyll and Hyde. A story that I only saw on dramas or movies really happened in real life. Sometimes I think human are born to be evil, when I see these cruel crimes happening all around the world. Nothing can wholey cure the victim's broken heart , but I hope the police investigate the truth and this man pay his atonement.

Summary :
On a survey , more than half of British adult said their road is dangerous for cycling. Older people(65 and over) were more likely to believe that road were too dangerous(61%) compared to 45% from age 18 to 24. In UK, cycling is not just a hobby , it is a popular transportation in cities that benefits not only the economy and environment but also the health of citizens. So to encourage cycling DfT(Department of transport) said they invested 374 million pounds to make a safer road.
Persuasive:
Because oil price rise steadily and traffic jam becomes severe, more and more people all over the world change their transportation to work from car to bicycle. Also in Korea, this boom is happening. Unlike Europe however, facilities for bicycle, like bicycle parking lot or safe bicycle road aren't established well in Korea. I also enjoy cycling , but I don't think Korea has a safe road for cycling. To encourage cycling as a major transportation, Korea government should invest more money on constructing bicycle accommodations and conduct local campaigns. This will help reduce traffic jam in major cities and make people healthy.

A research showed that taking medicines for type-2 diabetes might worsen the symptom than curing it. Type-2 diabetes is an inability to control blood sugar levels and might lead to hear disease, kidney damage, nerve damage and even blindness. Researcher emphasized that side-effect could occur during type-2 diabetes treatment, so they recommend patients to not make any decisions without consulting with their doctor.
Persuasive :
As Korean culture became westernized , disease that didn't occurred in the past become a very serious problem in Korean Society. One of the diseases is diabetes. One treatment for diabetes taking drugs, but as the article say there might be some side effect. So I think instead of depending on taking drugs, a better treatment is changing your habit. Instead of having fast food for lunch, try vegetable foods like kimchi, salad, bi-bimbap. Instead of staying at home watching TV, playing computer games, go out side and exercise. If you maintain these habits for a long time, you will gain health. Unlike taking drugs there is no side effect. In conclusion , for curing diabetes do not depend on taking drugs, change your habit.
